We’re delighted to announce that Nick Brown is joining ECN Music as our new Client Services Manager. Nick will enhance our Distribution and Label Services offering and support our clients throughout their release journeys, ensuring artists and labels have a clear path to success of the products.
Nick brings over a decade of experience in project management, education, and creative leadership, working with renowned organisations like Cheltenham Festivals, UK Jazz News, and National Portfolio Organisations. He also serves as the UK and Ireland Ambassador for jazzahead!, the world’s largest international jazz trade fair and showcase. In this role, he has championed jazz on a global stage, building connections that elevate artists and their work. His diverse career emphasises collaboration and equipping artists with the tools to achieve their musical ambitions.
At ECN Music, we specialise in providing tailored solutions for independent artists and labels in the wider jazz sector. From digital and physical distribution to promotional strategy, we take care of some of the heavy lifting of releasing music so creators can focus on their craft. Nick’s expertise further strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
When he’s not supporting artists or playing the saxophone (having trained at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire), Nick can be found courtside as the Director of the London Knights Basketball Club—where he swaps jazz solos for slam dunks and proves there’s no limit to his team spirit.
